Quick service and good food. Very filling. The milkis drink and ice cream sandwich were really good.

Friendly and efficient service and tasty food at an affordable price. We had the K-BBQ beef, Krunch, Ugly, and Rock. The beef is the best. The Ugly is very hard. Won't order that again.

Finally got to try this place! To start off, if it’s your first time, you get a free mandoo dumpling with your meal. We got the cupbop that comes with cabbage, rice and noodles. The protein we got were the beef and bbq chicken. I got spicy level 3, which was tolerable, especially if your tolerance is not that high when it comes to heat, like mine. It was also a good size bowl for the price. Now the proteins were good, the rice, noodles and cabbage were also good, but I’d have to say that it was too much mayo for me. I mean, I don’t usually mind mayo that much, if that’s the sauce that’s drizzled on top with the hot sauce. But yah, I wasn’t a fan of it because it felt too much, plus, it coated pretty much everything, which took away from their flavor. I guess next time I can tell them to go light on the mayo/sauce. We did enjoy the samanco fish ice cream. We got the strawberry flavor and it was yummy!

Cupbop Korean BBQ is one of the most consistently satisfying fast-casual spots I’ve been to. The food always comes out hot and fresh, and the flavors are bold without being overwhelming. I love that you can customize your bowl with different proteins, sauces, and spice levels, which makes it easy to find something that fits your mood. The meat is well-seasoned and tender, and the portions are generous for the price. What really stands out, though, is the customer service. The staff is friendly, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming, even during busy hours. They’re patient when explaining menu options, happy to recommend popular combinations, and they keep the line moving efficiently without making you feel rushed. The positive energy of the team makes the whole experience more enjoyable and leaves a good impression every time. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for great food and great service, and I’d happily come back again!
